Matt Martin:
Creative Director Matt is the front man of our ‘band’, working closely with clients to establish a suitable strategy to achieve their goals, and then ensuring that the team delivers with precision.

As the founder of the company, Matt has enjoyed steering the company on the creative journey that has seen it grow in size, skill and confidence, and is very excited about what tomorrow will bring.

GARETH MATTHEWS:
Web Developer Gaz is quite simply a machine, able to crank out some pretty nifty code to power our sites, but that’s what comes from being a certified Java programmer!

Over the last few years we've been able to convert him to the way of Apple and now he's the proud owner of a nice MBP and Apple Mug, and is now even developing iPhone Apps!!

JAMES WALKER:
Graphic Designer James is a deep thinker and loves nothing more than to take a client brief and to really digest it, allowing him to come up with some pretty special ideas that surpass all expectations.

With a lot of great designs under his belt, a head for branding and experience working with some big names, James is a great asset to our design department.

Faith Martin:
Studio Manager Faith’s head for well-managed systems ensures that all our internal processes and procedures are up to speed and that suppliers and wages are all paid on time (so we like to keep her sweet)!

Always first to point out the geek in all of us, Faith’s banter brings humour to the team and keeps us all grounded.

Our goals are quite simple; to be one of the leading design agencies in the Midlands, to develop long-term relationships with our clients, and to push ourselves to continue to develop relevant and exciting media.

FLUID7 is run on Christian values which we hope are carried through everything we do from our intital meetings, to our attention to detail.

We aim to work with integrity and without compromise and we hope that we go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your experience with us, love the work you get out of us and come back with more exciting projects.

Our History

FLUID7 LTD was incorporated back in May 2006 and has had the privilege to work with a diverse range of clients from a variety of sectors, but to give you a real history we need to go back further.

IPT (Internet and Presentation Technologies) was a partnership established by Nic Arkley, Clare Sturdy and Matt Martin in 2002. It quickly developed services for print and web with some other multi-media elements thrown in and established a client based here in the Midlands.

Clare moved on within the first year and is now a volunteer in China helping disadvantaged children. Nic and Matt continued to grow the business until 2006 when Nic left to pursue a career in Music and is now Worship Director of a church in Salisbury. At which point, Matt formed FLUID7 to carry on the work of IPT with a change in brand and direction.

Matt would like to pay special thanks to Nic and Clare for the blood, sweat and tears (and money) invested into IPT that paved the way for FLUID7 to become what it is today!
