Alert ID first got in contact with FLUID7 in 2007 to help design and build a site for their company that offers Identification Services for People, Property and Pets. Since then, we've been involved with the growth of the company and have been able to draw along side the team at Alert ID to consult and advise them on how best to move forward with their online strategy.

The Project
The result is this newly designed, streamlined site which simplifies the product delivery and purchasing of their services. Working behind the scenes as part of the wider business processes the site communicates with the team to enable them to fulfill the orders as well communicating with the after-sales services to enable existing customers to return to the store and purchase additional or replacement products at a reduced rate.
Working closely with Alert ID as their web sales team, we are drawing alongside companies partnering with Alert ID to facilitate advertising and sales of these products from third-party web sites, keeping the customer experience consistent and ensuring that the Alert ID brand continues to grow effectively online.
